Name: The Locust
Description: Lying on the front, both legs are raised; the arms are bent by the sides and the fists pressed onto the floor by the hips; or the hands can be placed under the upper pelvis or clasped under the pubis
Note: Ensure that the lower leg remains flat on the floor; do not let the hips twist; push the chin as far forwards as possible
